The company began its operations in 2018-19, focusing on the production of R-PSF at its Baddi-based facility in Himachal Pradesh, with an annual capacity of 8,030 metric tons. In November 2023, it expanded into the manufacturing of recycled pellets, although this production is currently in the trial stage. Divyadhan sources its raw material from waste collectors and junk dealers, transforming PET waste into high-quality recycled fibres and pellets used across various industries, including home furnishings, textiles, packaging, and automotive.
